About This Activity
What Is a Corporate Treasure Hunt?
is a structured team activity where groups compete to find hidden clues, solve riddles and complete challenges across a defined area — a resort, office campus, city landmark or any outdoor space. Each clue leads to the next, building excitement and urgency as teams race to the finish.
At RMG Mileage LLP, we design fully customised treasure hunts — GPS-based, clue-based or a combination of both. Every hunt is themed, facilitated and tailored to your team's size, energy level and objectives. Our treasure hunts are consistently rated as one of the most fun and engaging activities we offer.
Beyond the fun, a treasure hunt is a powerful team building tool — it naturally surfaces leadership, communication, problem-solving and strategic thinking in every participant.
Problem Solving
Decoding clues under time pressure sharpens analytical thinking and quick decision-making.
Team Communication
Teams must communicate clearly and efficiently to move forward — a natural communication workout.
Strategic Thinking
Resource allocation, route planning and task prioritisation emerge naturally in every hunt.
Healthy Competition
The competitive format energises teams and creates memorable shared experiences that bond people.

How It Works
How We Run Your Treasure Hunt
Briefing & Team Formation
Participants are divided into teams of 5–10. Our facilitator briefs all teams on the rules, scoring system and boundaries before the hunt begins.
The Hunt Begins
Teams receive their first clue and race to find subsequent clues across the designated area — solving riddles, completing challenges and collecting points.
Challenges at Each Stop
At every checkpoint, teams complete a mini-challenge — physical, mental or creative — before receiving the next clue. Bonus points for speed and accuracy.
Finish Line & Awards
The first team to find the treasure and complete all challenges wins. Awards ceremony follows with prizes and a fun celebration moment.
Debrief & Insights
Our facilitator closes with a structured debrief — sharing observations about teamwork, communication and leadership that emerged during the hunt.
Photos & Memories
Our team captures moments throughout the hunt — photos and highlights shared with your team after the event as a keepsake.

Our treasure hunts are designed for groups of 10 to 100 participants. For larger groups, we run multiple parallel hunts simultaneously with separate facilitators for each group, ensuring everyone gets a quality experience.
Yes — our clue-based treasure hunt works beautifully indoors within an office, hotel or resort premises. We design the hunt specifically for your venue layout, making every corner and corridor part of the adventure.
Absolutely — we customise the theme, clues, challenges and even the treasure to align with your company culture, annual theme or offsite objective. Company values, products and team inside jokes can all be woven in.
Leadership programs work best for smaller, focused groups of 10–60 participants. This ensures every participant gets meaningful airtime during facilitation and debrief. For larger groups, we run parallel cohorts with multiple facilitators to maintain quality.
